The Shenzhen Watch and Clock Industry Vocational Skills Training Center was established in February 2006. It is a professional training institution that is registered by the Shenzhen Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and is headed by the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

        Our center relies on more than ten interactive development platforms of the Shenzhen Watch and Clock Industry Association and the Shenzhen Watch and Clock Research Institute, relying on the strong resource advantages of the outstanding brand enterprises in the Chinese watch industry, through the cooperation of schools and universities, school-enterprise cooperation, and trust training. In various ways, a large number of professional talents have been trained for the watch industry and have enjoyed a good reputation in watchmaking and watch sales service industries. The training program set up by the Center and the Shenzhen Municipal Government’s call-in policy has opened up the door for Shenzhen-based aspirational young people to settle in Shenzhen and take root in the watch industry.

        Our center has complete teaching facilities and advanced teaching methods. The core curriculum is taught by state-level watch experts. Professional teachers are certified by the relevant government departments to train and hold licenses. There are rich subject resources, and in addition to the annual national qualifications for watch assembly and maintenance workers. In addition to the previous training, our center has multi-professional and multi-level training capabilities such as clock and watch skills, testing technology, precision machining, marketing, and operation and management, and implements flexible service modes such as full-time classes, amateur classes, holiday classes, and training.
